        Every man wants his own razor

        

        你多久沒和自己獨處了？

         How long has it been since you were alone?

        20年我步入30歲，開始有了生活的壓力，每天穿梭于城市之間，快節(jié)奏的生活在每天清晨開始，隨著夜幕落下，周而復(fù)始。手動剃須刀落上了灰塵，我開始把剃須當(dāng)成一件任務(wù)，用電動剃須刀草草了事，有時甚至都不看鏡子里的自己。
        In 2020, when I was 30 years old, I began to feel the pressure of life. I travel through the city every day. The fast-paced life started in the morning and went on and on as the night fell. As the manual razor gathered dust, I began to make shaving a boring task, using the electric razor and sometimes not even looking at myself in the mirror.
        我想每個男人都夢想擁有一把屬于自己的剃須刀，在整個剃須刀行業(yè)同質(zhì)化越來越嚴(yán)重的今天，“剃須”這件每天都要經(jīng)歷的事，越來越被忽視，想擁有一把屬于自己的剃須刀也更加艱難。
        于是我和團隊聚焦于此，想通過設(shè)計一款全新的手動剃須刀讓每個男人度過一個與自己獨處的美好時光。
        I think it's every man's dream to have his own razor. In the world where the razor industry is becoming more and more homogeneous. Shaving, an everyday experience, is becoming more and more neglected and it's harder to own your own razor. So, my team and I focused on this, and we wanted to give every man a good time with himself by designing a new manual razor.

        

        靈感來源：力量和肌肉是男性的代表，作為一款男性手動剃須刀，這款設(shè)計的最初的靈感來自于肌肉與骨骼的穿插，設(shè)計師通過抽象和陣列骨骼單元把生物與生俱來的形態(tài)美發(fā)揮到淋漓盡致，同時陣列的單元與手指關(guān)節(jié)相互呼應(yīng)，握感更加舒適。
        Inspiration: strength and muscle is the male representative, as a male manual razor, the design of the initial inspiration comes from the muscles and bones of thrust, designers through the abstraction and bone cell array to form beauty play of the creature born to incisively and vividly, at the same time unit and finger joint fit each other which makes the razor more comfortable to hold.

        好的設(shè)計是外觀與功能的統(tǒng)一

        Good design is the unity of appearance and function

        我們相信好的設(shè)計一定是外觀和功能相互上統(tǒng)一的，鏤空式的手柄設(shè)計不僅僅帶來外觀的全新體驗，也讓產(chǎn)品更加輕便，舒適；重量適中，拿在手里既有手感，又不覺得沉；通過變換手腕的角度輕松剃須。
        We believe that a good design must be unified in appearance and function. The hollow-out handle design not only brings a new appearance experience, but also makes the product more lightweight and comfortable.It weighs is perfect and feels good in your hand without feeling heavy, Shaving becomes easier by changing the angle of your wrist.

        

        好的設(shè)計是對新材料工藝的良好應(yīng)用

        基于全新光敏樹脂自研材料EM，采用急速液態(tài)3D打印技術(shù)SLA一體成型，突破了傳統(tǒng)工藝對產(chǎn)品的限制，讓造型更加豐富，視覺更加強烈，帶來全新感受；未來還將可以快速迭代出更多的刀柄設(shè)計，或定制化設(shè)計，這就是3D打印的優(yōu)勢，隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展，越來越多的人將用上屬于自己的剃須刀。表面噴抗菌漆并帶有防滑功能，手感細膩，彰顯生活品質(zhì)！
        Based on the new photosensitive resin self-developed material EM, it adopts rapid liquid 3D printing technology SLA to form in one body, which breaks through the limitation of traditional technology on products, makes the shape more abundant, the vision more intense, and brings a new feeling. In the future, more handle designs can be designed quickly or customized. This is the advantage of 3D printing. With the development of technology, more and more people will use their own razors.Antibacterial paint was sprayed on the surface and with anti-skid function, makes the feeling delicate, highlight the quality of life!

        刀頭創(chuàng)新：關(guān)于刀頭安裝與使用的創(chuàng)新，也是這款設(shè)計的一個設(shè)計點；支架自身延伸出彈片結(jié)構(gòu)，薄巧的刀頭槽一改以往剃須刀的繁瑣連接，更加簡單實用，簡化刀頭裝配工序的同時還保證了刀頭的使用體驗，極大提高了生產(chǎn)的效率。
        Innovation of blade: the innovation of razor head installation and use is also a design point of this product. The bracket itself extends the elastic sheet structure, and the thin blade groove changes the tedious connection of the razor, which is more simple and practical. It not only simplifies the assembly process of the razor head, but also ensures the use experience of the razor head and greatly improves the production efficiency.
        彈片設(shè)計：刀頭的俯仰角是衡量手動剃須刀是否好用的一個重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，傳統(tǒng)剃須刀會采用彈簧或者其他復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)，這款設(shè)計的以全新的思路思考，把彈片做在刀頭槽的兩側(cè)，這樣可以保證受力的均衡，而彈片結(jié)構(gòu)非常簡單就是靠材料的韌性和表面的摩擦力實現(xiàn)。
        Elastic sheet design: the pitching Angle of the razor head is an important measurement of whether a manual razor is good or not, traditional razor always use spring or other complex structure. With new ideas of the design thinking, there will be an elastic sheet on both sides of the groove of the razor head, so that we can guarantee the force equilibrium, and structure of elastic sheet is very simple which is realized by the toughness of the material and the friction on the surface.
        底部磁吸：在底部我們添加磁吸功能，方便收納；可以把剃須刀隨意吸附在衛(wèi)生間的任意地方，比如鐵架子上等等，倒立懸掛還有一個好處是可以把沾在剃須刀上的水控干，保持衛(wèi)生。
        Bottom magnetic absorption: we add magnetic absorption function at the bottom to facilitate storage; The razor can be attached to anywhere of the bathroom, such as an iron rack.  And upside-down hanging has another benefit which can make the razor dry faster to keep clean.

        

        對于未來材質(zhì)的選擇，我們不僅僅局限于塑料，可以嘗試金屬，不同的CMF選擇將為產(chǎn)品帶來全新的體驗。剃須不是任務(wù)，清爽的面龐是對別人的尊重，更是一種生活的態(tài)度。
        For the choice of materials in the future, we are not limited to plastic, we can try metal, different CMF selection will bring a new experience to the product. Shaving is not a task, clean face is a respect for others, but more of a life attitude.
